Nicknamed “La Montra,” Rita Indiana is the 6-foot gender-bending monster fronting the Dominican Alternative band Los Mysterio. The music combines ridiculously frenetic meringue beats with electronica, punk, ska, and her own eccentricities. Ms. Indiana is also a respected novelist.
