Latin rock band out of San Francisco formed in 1970 and featuring virtuoso guitarist Santana – not Carlos but little brother Jorge. The original lineup lasted only until their first album with many of the former members finding fame in other rock and jazz groups. Malo has continued in many different incarnations up through the 2010’s.
